2009 FMBA Local 68 Food Drive

In 2009 FMBA Local 68 had the privilege of handing out the following donations:

12 Cases of Sausage - 50 lbs per box = 600 Total Lbs
150 Whole Hams
150 Cans of Yams
150 Boxes of Stuffing
150 Cans of Green Beans
300 Cans of Turkey Gravy
250 Bags of Various Groceries

Duty F/F's Kevin Hoy, F/F Jim Cook along with off duty members Lt. Tim Somers & Union President Jim Parnell Jr. assist handing out food at the Food Bank to families in need of Christmas Meals. This Week F.M.B.A. Local #68 donated 150 whole hams as well as 125 lbs. of boxed sausage to the Food Bank. So far we have estimated that we also donated over 1500 lbs of dry & canned goods to the food bank. Thanks to everyone who donated food to food drive. Our hearts go out to all who helped us make  some needy families dream a reality.
